SHIPPING POLICY


All items are made to order.  Please allow approx 10-12 days  for most bags to ship after placing your order (smaller item usually ship in 1 wk).   If you need expedited shipping, please contact me before placing your order. 


Please buy thoughtfully. If you would like to see leather swatches, I will be happy to send up to 4 colors to you, just contact me!

Once an item is shipped, it is considered to be delivered. The buyer may purchase additional insurance for their item if desired; please contact me and I will happily make a custom invoice. Otherwise, items lost in the mail after initial shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.  If you do not receive your item, please contact your local Post Office as soon as possible.  

Custom orders usually take approx. 2-3 weeks depending on item. 

International Orders, please note below:
We cannot be responsible for lost international packages, as USPS first class international often only provides tracking until the parcel leaves the U.S. 
We cannot mark international orders as "Gift" on the customs form or otherwise falsify customs information.
We have no responsibility or information regarding import duties, taxes, customs, etc. that might be charged by the home country of our international customers. 
Customs are the responsibility of the purchaser, and are, unfortunately, very often a part of purchasing internationally.

RETURN POLICY


Since most items are made to order, customers have a 3 day period upon receiving their item during which if they are unhappy with their product in any way, they can return it for a full refund, minus shipping charges; buyer is responsible for return shipping. After this, all sales are final.

*All items must be in original and new condition when returned.

*Custom orders and monogrammed items are non-refundable. 

Please contact me before returning item so I know it's on the way. 
Please obtain tracking information for any package sent back to as I am not responsible for any items that have been lost on it's way back to me. This is at your own discretion but highly recommended.

Custom items and wholesale order sales concerns are dealt with on a case by case basis. As a general rule, I do not allow returns on either, unless defective on my part. Please contact me with your concerns and we will try to come to a solution as quickly as possible.
